A bachelor's degree in sales management, marketing, communication, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a digital agency as a sales/account manager
Able to understand/manage the financial side of a project.
Able to communicate in dutch and english (french is a plus)
Able to dialogue with a team of developers and designers. (Good communication and interpersonal skills.)
Business development skills
“Can do” and “hands on” mentality
Located in or close to Brussels
Knowledge of digital best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management.

Your role will be to develop Caracal Studio's order book, to evaluate and energize our sales structure and to maintain our customer relations.

Looking for opportunities and creating new relationships
Finding prospects and turn them into satisfied customers
Interacting regularly with external sources like clients and researching the overall market to determine the best ways the company can meet the client's needs and exceed the standards of their competition
Determining the client's needs and act to meeting them
Develop and execute a plan to manage all account renewals, initiate communication with the client at the right time and fulfilling contractual obligations for providing account information to the client
Work closely with project managers to communicate and coordinate goals. Be a part of the management team
Creating prospecting lists
Carrying out prospecting and carry out your exchanges by telephone, visit face-to-face, exchange on social networks
Establishing offers for your customers
Performing an accurate briefing to ensure proper production and delivery
